Biography

Srishti Mirchandani Gallagher is Co-Founder and VP Growth Operations of Eleanor Health, enabling value-based care to improve care quality and whole-person outcomes for substance use disorders. She most recently was a VP at Oxeon Ventures, and within the Venture Studio worked towards creating de novo companies addressing pressing challenges of our healthcare system, including as the initial founder and team member designing and building Eleanor Health. Her prior roles include strategy and product development with Accretive Health’s Quality & Total Cost of Care business, management consulting with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy & Operations practice, and serving in special projects roles across a variety of healthcare organizations, each with their own unique lens and approach to improving health, including athenahealth, Humana, Vital Healthcare Capital, and Healthy Schools Campaign of Chicago.

Srishti earned her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis in dual majors of Economics and Healthcare Management with Honors in Economics with Distinction, and earned her MBA from Columbia Business School with Dean’s Honors with Distinction.
