Biography

Mike is a partner practicing in Deloitte’s Healthcare and Life Sciences industry and leads the audit practice in Boston. With over thirty years of experience, Mike has worked with a variety of healthcare companies including a number of Deloitte’s largest healthcare providers and payors. Mike also works with emerging growth companies in the health technology and life science industries. Mike has advised numerous clients on IPOs, debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, financial forecasting, product launches, and rapid growth phases, including advising on financial and operational infrastructure challenges. Mike holds an MBA from Boston College and an undergraduate degree from SUNY Oneonta.
