Biography

Fay Rotenberg Bush is the President of Firefly Health where she oversees Product, Technology, Sales and Marketing for the virtual-first primary care company. Firefly Health is building the 21st century care platform that leverages unprecedented patient convenience and engagement to help people make smart choices about their health while improving care quality and achieving cost savings at scale. She brings dynamic experience as a Healthcare CEO, Venture Investor, Founder, and Developer with a background in distributed systems to this role.

Previously, Fay worked with Premji Invest to initiate their U.S. healthcare growth equity investments, including Devoted Health and Grand Rounds. Fay co-founded and served as CEO of Mymo, a healthcare technology company that bridges the gap between excess physician capacity and patient demand. Before co-founding Mymo, Fay was a Partner at LG’s venture fund where she invested in health and enterprise software companies and spearheaded the firm’s activity as a Limited partner in early-stage venture funds. She also led the first product spin-off of AetherWorks, a software-defined storage solution for healthcare and finance companies. She began her career as an Analyst and Associate for Venture funds in MA, CA, and DC. Fay attended Georgetown University and Phillips Academy Andover. She’s actively involved as an Advisor or Board Member of the New York City Economic Development Corporation, Cornell Tech, Phillips Academy Andover, Masschallenge, Girls Who Code, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
