As CEO and Founder of Zipari, Mark is focused on helping health plans build stronger relationships with their members based on Customer Experience and CRM products. At Guardian Life Insurance Company, he was responsible for leading a $110M Customer Experience program modernizing Guardian’s health and dental insurance platforms.At Apple and NeXT, he led enterprise professional services sales for the Northeast Region.
