Reputation.com CEO Bhatia Wants to Help Providers Understand What Patients Are Saying

September 22, 2017

Reputation.com Moving into Healthcare

Reputation management is nothing new. “Five thousand years ago, when trading was going on the Silk Road, businesses cared about their reputation,” says Shrey Bhatia, CEO of Reputation.com. “And nothing has changed in the past 5,000 years.” What has changed is how quickly information can be spread and, if the information isn’t positive, reputations can be damaged. Reputation.com has helped companies control those wildfires. Now, with support from the Heritage Group, Reputation.com is moving into healthcare to help players understand what patients and customers are saying about their care. Heritage is backed by 14 leading healthcare organizations in the US, including Adventist Health System, Community Health Systems, Intermountain Healthcare, Sutter Health, and Tenet Health. In this interview, Bhatia explains Reputation.com’s approach, details how a poor rating can impact business, and identifies the social media sites that trend positively and negatively.
